The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has published its Draft Rights of Way Improvement Plan. The Plan is the means by which the Authority will plan strategically for the management, development, integration and promotion of the rights of way network, and other land to which the public has access, within the National Park, over the next 10 years.
The Authority published its first Rights of Way Improvement Plan in 2007. A copy of that document is available here.
The Authority will be consulting on the Draft Plan for the next 3 months. We would welcome your comments upon it as the views of the public are crucial to help the Authority determine how it should manage public access in the future.
