The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority Affordable Housing Fund (AHF)
The ‘Brecon Beacons National Park Authority Affordable Housing Fund’ or AHF is now available. The money will be released to eligible organisations for the development of new affordable housing.
The Authority is inviting bids for the AHF. The window for the submission of applications is open between Monday 14th August and Monday 25th September 2017.

The total amount of the AHF is: £269,463.
The money has been collected from the following areas:
|Total Abergavenny, Crickhowell and Hay Sub Market area||£269,463|
|Total Brecon and Rural Hinterland and Sub Market area||£0|
|Total Heads of the Valleys and Rural South area||£0|
Following submission of bids the money will be allocated in accordance with the cascade set out in the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance.
