Applicants have a statutory right of appeal to the Welsh Government if their application is refused, or if the Authority has failed to make a decision within the statutory period. In addition, any person on whom an Enforcement Notice has been served can appeal.
The majority of appeals will be dealt with by an Inspector appointed by Planning & Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW)
