Members Room

The Members Room can be hired in its own right as a space for meetings, buffet lunches or presentations. Alternatively it can be hired in conjunction with the Conference Room and is ideal for refreshments or break out groups.

  •  Can seat a circle of 15 people in easy chairs and low coffee tables with additional spaces at a table with 6 chairs – ideal for break out work.

Costs

We will invoice you after the meeting. Please note that the Authority prefers BACS payments if possible and that only refreshments are subject to VAT.
