Data Protection Breaches

Following notification from members of the public the Authority self-reported two breaches of the data protection act.  The details of these are laid out in the ICO’s letter to the Authority dated 27 March 2012.  The Authority’s CEO, John Cook, then duly signed the Undertaking as required by the ICO, which in turn responded with the counter-signed version and a cover letter dated 18 April 2012.
