An exciting new programme for 2021-22. Grants of up to £5,000 (for up to 50% of the total cost) to install energy saving measures or renewable energy in your community facilities.
We all know that climate change is one of the most serious challenges we face, and we need to do all we can to reduce the carbon emissions from the use of fossil fuels. Even at the most local level we can all take steps to reduce our energy consumption.
Often relatively simple measures can help reduce energy use – draft proofing and upgrading windows and doors, thermostatic valves on radiators, insulation, LED lighting etc. – and you’ll save on your bills too.
