This website is operated by the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority. It is a condition of your use of the online shop that you agree that any transaction you make is subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, but any time will only take effect when it has been posted on the website. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully, on each occasion that you use the online shop.
1. Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the online shop and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection click on checkout and follow the online instructions to complete your transaction
This website is very secure and you can enjoy the convenience of the online shop with complete peace of mind.
All financial transactions are handled by Barclays payment services and we do not keep records of your card details
Payments must be made by a credit or debit card, in British pounds sterling. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction from your own currency.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before your order can be accepted. Our email confirming acceptance of your order creates a binding contract for sale of the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. All goods are offered for sale subject to availability, and at the price listed on our website on the date of your order.

We try to keep the site updated with products that are in stock and usually dispatch within 1 to 4 working days but you should allow 28 days for delivery. All products will be dispatched subject to the payment card authorisation and stock availability. We will dispatch your order securely wrapped in a pre-paid package via Royal Mail 2nd class post. We regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for late delivery, failure to deliver or loss in transit. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order we will contact you and the appropriate refund will be given.
VAT at the current rate is included in all prices where applicable. If you are ordering from outside the EU an adjustment will be made at the checkout. Our VAT registration number is 666 44 96 90.
5. Which countries will we delivered to?
UK, Europe, North America, Australasia and most other countries worldwide. Import duties may incur and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer, who shall be treated as the importer of the goods into the country concerned.
6. Product descriptions and specifications
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
7. Errors and omissions
We will try and ensure that all prices and descriptions in the online shop are accurate and up-to-date. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, or a material error or omission in their description, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of placing a new order (at the correct price) or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
8. Your right to cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the online shop and receive a full refund. This does not apply to personalised items or audio / video recordings that you have un-sealed.
To cancel your purchase, you must return the item within 7 days of receipt quoting the order number to the following address:

You must take reasonable care of the item and return it un-used, in the appropriate packaging. Unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty, you will remain responsible for any delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us. For your protection and peace of mind we recommend that you use the Royal Mail ‘proof of posting’ service, or equivalent.
9. Returns and refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from the online shop. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty please let us know. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after sales queries.
If you experience a problem with a faulty item...
If the fault occurs within 12 months of receiving your order please return the faulty product(s) along with your receipt of order number (found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging).
In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumer Regulations you should indicate whether you prefer a replacement a repair or a refund. We will try to meet your preference, but if we cannot make a repair or supply a replacement product we will give you a full refund of the original purchase price and any delivery charges that you have incurred in returning the faulty items.
10. Tracking an order
Once you have completed your purchase you can check the status of your order by phoning us on 01874 624437 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, name and address.
Ownership of goods ordered via this website passes to you at the time the goods are delivered to you, or at the time that payment of the goods is received by the Authority, whichever is later. However, ownership of any copyright, patent or trademark does not pass to you, and you may not copy or reproduce the goods without the remission of the owner of the copyright, patent or trademark.
11. Data protection
To order goods from us you have to provide certain information and where you do this you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant form. All personal data which you provide to enable us to process your order will be held in accordance with our data protection policy and only used by us to deal with your order, unless you agree otherwise.
The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
12. GPX Downloads
This download remains the property of Brecon Beacons National Park Authority and must not be transferred to other users. Users are solely responsible for the safe and sensible use of all infromation provided. Backup navigation aids such as paper maps and compasses are essential. The National Park Authority endeavous to keep its GPS data and route guide information as up to date and accurate as possible, however, features on the ground change continuoulsy and the performace of GPS devices varies depending on conditions and techinical specification; consequently levels of accuaracy may differ considerably. The National Park Authority does not assume any liabiliy for errors, ommisions, or inaccuracies in the information provided regardless of the cause of such or for any decision made, action taken or action not taken by the user in reliance upon any data provided herein.
