Meeting Facilities available in the National Park

Full details of the rooms available and costs for hiring them, here in the National Park.

Our webcasting system, conference room and other facilities are available for hire by the hour or day. All the rooms are in our main office –

Organisers will be asked to confirm acceptance of the Room Hire Policy ahead of completing the booking.

Live webcasting is available from the Conference room giving you a new way to engage with the public and we can help you with all the technical aspects of organising. If you don’t want to webcast we can still film the meeting and provide you with a DVD of the proceedings for reference or training purposes.


You will find details of hire costs for individual rooms on the page for that room. We will invoice you after the meeting and we prefer BACS payments if possible.

IT Support   –  Basic IT support is included, but if further, more detailed support is required, this will be charged at £23 / hr.
