NOTE: The Authority is currently developing a new area of the website where all information on governance, members and committees will be available, including archive agendas back to 2006.
How can I access agendas?
All agendas are available on the website approximately one week before the meeting. You can access papers in pdf or html format by clicking on the links below. The only exception are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality as set out in the Local Government Act 1972.
A hard copy of all agendas is available for inspection at National Park Headquarters, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon. Tel 01874 624437.
Where can I find minutes of meetings?
Minutes are included in the next agenda of the committee. So for example minutes for a January meeting will appear in the associated papers for the next meeting of that committee.
Can I attend a meeting?
All meetings listed are open to the public, and members of the public can address the committee under our Public Speaking Scheme. The exception is where members are asked to consider information exempt under the Local Government Act as above.
You can view a meeting live on your computer
The Authority is now webcasting all its public meetings. You can view these live on your computer or access an archive after the meeting. For more information visit our webcasting pages.
Where can I find agendas prior to 2007?
Agendas for meetings held prior to 2007 can be found in the Archive Section. Agendas for meetings since then can be accessed via the main calendar. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Julia Gruffydd. Please note that we will be improving access to all this information shortly.
